Purpose of the Role :
As a Senior Project Engineer, you play a key role in the successful delivery of complex projects.
With over 10 years of experience, you are responsible for the technical and administrative coordination of projects, ensuring that quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met. This senior position requires strong leadership capabilities and broad technical expertise across multiple project disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with project objectives
Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure full project requirement compliance
Lead and supervise advanced technical evaluations, risk assessments, and feasibility studies
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address schedule or budget deviations
Oversee technical documentation reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal procedures
Act as the main interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
Mentor and support junior project engineers in their development
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
Experience :
Minimum 10 years of experience in project engineering within the Oil & Gas or complex industrial environments
Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary projects
