We are looking for an IT Project Manager, you manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Oversee project teams, coordinate resources, and address risks and challenges to achieve successful outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple medium complexity projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to ensure project success.
Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
Conduct project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress updates, and post-implementation reviews.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear project goals and objectives.
Implement best practices in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, to optimize project execution.
Manage the procurement and deployment of necessary project resources, including software, hardware, and third-party services.
Manage change requests and ensure that all changes are thoroughly documented, assessed, and approved before implementation.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Critères requis
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field is required.
Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) demonstrate expertise in project management practices.
Master’s Degree: A master’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration projects.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement project management methodologies, best practices, and standards.
Experience with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
Proven experience in budget management, resource allocation, and financial oversight of IT projects.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor project team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are preferred.
Experience in risk management, change management, and quality assurance processes.
