Purpose of the Role:
The Digital Solutions Administrator is responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s digital solutions to ensure their performance, availability, and security. The role supports users, manages system configurations, and contributes to the continuous improvement of digital platforms in alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration and Maintenance:
Administer and maintain digital solutions, including applications, platforms, and cloud services.
Ensure system performance, availability, reliability, and security.
Manage system configurations and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Perform regular updates, patches, and system optimizations.
Monitoring and Technical Support:
Monitor digital environments and proactively identify potential issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents to minimize service disruption.
Provide advanced technical support to end-users and internal teams.
Assist users in the effective use of digital tools and platforms.
Collaboration and Project Support:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business units, external partners) to implement and integrate digital solutions.
Participate in or lead digital solution projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and according to best practices.
Support system deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
Security, Compliance, and Documentation:
Implement and maintain security measures in compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
Stay informed about emerging technologies and digital trends.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and functionality.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for digital systems and services.
Required Criteria
Required Profile
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
A Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Relevant certifications are highly recommended, such as:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
Google Cloud Certified: Professional Cloud Architect
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital solution administration, IT systems management, or a related role.
Proven experience in deploying, configuring, and maintaining digital solutions.
Strong hands-on background in system administration (servers, databases, application environments).
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
