Context:

  • Development of pyrotechnic products for different types of missions (launcher stage separations, back-rocket ignition, launcher neutralisation)

Activities:

  • Develop a pyrotechnic product adapted to space conditions (vibrations, temperatures, etc.) Demonstrate product reliability during development
  • Project management (planning, cost, quality)
  • Drafting technical documentation to support development (test procedure/report, traceability of requirements)

Results:

  • Passage of development milestones on time
  • Flight testing of the product

Context:

  • Technical project monitoring with travel to the United States

Activities:

  • Dealing with incidents occurring during operations and managing the resulting investigations and corrective actions
  • Define and manage plans to improve the definition of equipment
  • Managing projects and monitoring actions (opening budgets and loading them into project management systems, defining milestones and deliverables, technical and economic monitoring of progress)
  • Handling all technical relations.

  • Management of ongoing projects, international customer follow-up and customer satisfaction

  • This project is part of the development of new technologies and REACh developments.

Activities:

  • Defining materials and treatments adjacent to REACh substitution solutions (chemical compatibility)
  • Monitoring and managing the traceability database for parts and treatments under REACh regulations
  • Managing the deadlines and costs of the activity batch
  • Ensuring coordination with the various business lines in order to successfully complete the assigned studies
  • Drafting technical reports in French and English
  • Ensuring the quality of deliverables

  • Mechanical design and development monitoring of aircraft fire detection and extinguishing parts (aircraft and helicopters).

Activities:

  • Product design, development and optimisation
  • Proposal and validation of technical solutions and exchanges with expert based in the United States.

  • Updating the bundle and monitoring the validation process

  • Validation of this new part design

  • To dimension and justify aircraft platform structures by calculation and testing and to ensure continuous coherent progress in structural calculation methods and tools.

Activities:

  • Development of methods and tools in the field of structural design and modelling, particularly for composite structures
  • Application of these methods and tools to meet needs encountered on current civil aircraft programmes
  • Specifying the monitoring and analysis of mechanical tests
  • Steering R&D studies in collaboration with internal departments and external partners.

Results:

  • Validation and customer satisfaction
  • Implementation of these composite structural dimensioning methods on the new civil programme.
